I will be visiting Long Island June 26 – July 2nd. Long Island is located in southern Bahamas. It is about 165 miles southeast of Nassau. Population about 3000 people. The island is 80 miles long and 4 miles wide. I will stay at a private villa in Hamilton’s which is south of Deadman’s Cay Airport. I will flying on Bahamasair. My mother (84 years) born and raised in Clarence Town (the capital of Long Island) will be travelling with me. She and my father left Long Island shortly after they married and started a family in Nassau, Bahamas, this was in the 1960’s.
I am going to meet with clients and get updates to produce the 2018 Visitors Guide.
